When existing systems fall short, veterans are left to navigate the hardest moments of their lives alone. We refuse to let that happen. We walk beside each veteran from their lowest point to a stronger, fuller version of themselves — providing case management, helping them overcome housing barriers, and linking them to the mental health and substance use care they need every step of the way.

We Find Them
We don't wait for veterans to come to us. We go out — into communities, shelters, and courtrooms — to locate veterans who have fallen through the cracks of every system meant to help them.

We Walk With Them
Recovery doesn't happen in a single handoff. We provide ongoing case management, peer support, and help navigating housing barriers — staying beside each veteran from their lowest point forward.

We Connect Them
We've built relationships with proven, well-vetted treatment programs specializing in PTSD and substance use disorders. We match each veteran with the right care — and make sure they get there.

National Study Finds PTSD Concentrated Among Younger, Post-9/11 Veterans
A new national study finds PTSD is dramatically concentrated among younger, post-9/11 veterans — those aged 18 to 44 are six times as likely to screen positive as veterans over 60, with an estimated 2.5 million veterans affected in their lifetime.
